Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (November 10th) reported October 2022 consolidated revenue of NT$3,039M. Consolidated revenue for January through October 2022 totaled NT$27,517M.

CHC’s consolidated revenue for January through October 2022 saw an increase of 36.2% compared to the same period last year, and all three business segments delivered year-over-year revenue growth this period as well. Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation) saw the most advancement, mainly from handover of Bountiful Journey. Environmental Project Development & Water Treatment Business (HDEC Corporation) also grew significantly, mainly from construction of Anping Reclaimed Water Plant and Tongluo Science Park Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase II EPC. Construction Engineering Business (Continental Engineering Corporation) saw its growth mainly from private sector building construction projects.

Real Estate Development Business signed the Government-Led Urban Regeneration Project of Taipei City Xinyi District Children Welfare Center B1-2 and B3-2 Lot contract with National Housing and Urban Regeneration Center on November 2nd. Aforementioned project is the first Government-Led Urban Regeneration Project for Real Estate Development Business, and will construct two buildings of 14 floors above and 3 stories below ground on Sub-section 3 Lot, Yaxiang Section, Xinyi District, Taipei City (B1-2 Lot and B3-2 Lot). The project is expected to complete at the end of 2028, and Real Estate Development Business will obtain part of the residential building on B3-2 Lot.

Environmental Project Development and Water Treatment Business acquired Kaohsiung City Qiaotou Reclaimed Water BTO Project this month. Aforementioned project is the first reclaimed water BTO project in northern Kaohsiung, with concession period of 18 years. The area of work includes expansion of sewerage treatment system, new construction of reclaimed water treatment system, and operation of sewerage treatment plant and reclaimed water plant, etc. The construction is expected to complete at the end of 2025, and is capable of supplying 30,000 tons of reclaimed water daily upon completion.
