Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (December 10^th) reported November 2024 consolidated revenue of NT$2,661M. Consolidated revenue for January through November 2024 totaled NT$28,244M.

CHC’s consolidated revenue for January through November 2024 increased by 1.1% compared to the same period in 2023, mainly due to a 72% revenue growth from Environmental Project Development and Water Treatment Business (HDEC Corporation), offset by the decrease in the handover of new residential projects from Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation).

In December, Construction Engineering Business (Continental Engineering Corporation) was awarded the Nangang Depot Social Housing Zone 2 Design & Build Project by the Department of Urban Development, Taipei City Government. The project scope includes the design and construction of two social housing towers with 21 and 23 floors above ground together with five underground basement levels. The contract value is NT$4.828B (tax included).

The residential project Heng Mu of Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation), located in Banqiao District, New Taipei City, was fully sold out in November, with a total sales value of NT$5.28B. The project is expected to begin handover and revenue recognition in 2028.
