Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (June 12^th) reported May 2023 consolidated revenue of NT$2,635M. Consolidated revenue for January through May 2023 totaled NT$11,944M.

CHC’s consolidated revenue for January through May 2023 saw a decrease of 23% compared to the same period in 2022, mainly due to a higher revenue base from the peak handover period for Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation) last year.

The construction of Kaohsiung City Qiaotou Reclaimed Water BTO Project of Environmental Project Development and Water Treatment Business (HDEC Corporation) officially commenced in May, with planned completion at the end of 2025. The project includes an 18-year operations and maintenance (O&M) period for the existing wastewater treatment plant. Upon completion, the capacity of the existing wastewater treatment plant will increase from 20,000 tons to 50,000 tons. With a 15-year O&M period, the project’s newly constructed reclaimed water treatment plant will supply 30,000 tons of reclaimed water per day after completion.

The cash dividends for FY2022 will be paid on July 31^st, in the amount of NT$2.5 per share, and the ex-dividend trading date will be June 30^th.
