Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (April 10^th) reported March 2024 consolidated revenue of NT$2,337M. Consolidated revenue for January through March 2024 totaled NT$6,161M.

CHC’s consolidated revenue for January through March 2024 saw a decrease of 7.6% compared to the same period in 2023, mainly due to a decreased revenue from handover of new residential projects from Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation), partially offset by a significant revenue growth from Environmental Project Development and Water Treatment Business (HDEC Corporation), driven by the projects entering peak construction phase.

In March, Construction Engineering Business (Continental Engineering Corporation) was awarded the Nangang Rail Yard Urban Renewal Project (Unit I). The project includes the construction of three 21-story residential buildings, an 18-story commercial office building, a 19-story hotel building, above a 5-level interconnected basement. The construction period is approximately 52 months, and the contract value is NT$10.71B (tax included).
