Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (July 10^th) reported June 2024 consolidated revenue of NT$3,061M. Consolidated revenue for January through June 2024 totaled NT$14,845M.

CHC’s consolidated revenue for January through June 2024 was flat compared to the same period in 2023, mainly due to a record-high revenue from Environmental Project Development and Water Treatment Business (HDEC Corporation), offset by the decrease in the handover of new residential projects from Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation).

A groundbreaking ceremony for Nangang Rail Yard Urban Renewal Project (Unit I), awarded to Construction Engineering Business (Continental Engineering Corporation), was held on June 18^th. The project is Taiwan’s largest urban renewal project to date, with a contract value of NT$10.71B (tax included). The project comprises the construction of a series of buildings, featuring a mixed-use development above a common podium level. The first to fourth floors comprise diverse commercial spaces. There will be three 21-story residential buildings, an 18-story commercial office building, a 19-story hotel building, all situated above a 5-level interconnected basement. The construction period is expected to be approximately 52 months.
