Continental Engineering Corporation (CEC), a subsidiary of Continental Holdings Corporation (TWSE:3703) has been selected by Taipei City’s Department of Rapid Transit Systems as the most advantageous tender for CF670A Contract for the south section of Taipei MRT Circular Line. This newly awarded contract has a total value of NTD 8.838 billion (tax included), bringing CEC’s backlog to NT$80 billion, setting a new record high.

This project comprises of the construction of two stations Y01 and Y1A, one crossover, two shield tunnels with a length of 937m and 940m respectively, together with the associated Mechanical and Electrical services.
