Taipei, Taiwan – Continental Holdings Corp. (TSE 3703, herein referred to “CHC”) held its 1st Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on June 29th, 2010. Two independent directors, Mr. Ming-Teh Wang and Mr. Teh-Jung Kao (see Board of Directors for more information), were elected to the board.  Amendments to CHC’s corporate bylaws were approved, along with amendments to the operational procedures for the loaning of company funds and guarantee provisions. The non-compete requirement for directors was also lifted reflecting operational changes following restructuring.
