Continental Engineering Corporation (CEC), a subsidiary of Continental Holdings Corporation (Stock Code: 3703), has been awarded the “CF670 South Circular Line Project” by the Department of Rapid Transit Systems, Taipei City Government. The total contract value of this project is NT$23,205 million with a construction duration of 3,579 calendar days.

The CF670 project spans 3.7km and encompasses the construction of four underground stations and four sections of shield tunnel totaling 3,114m, including associated Mechanical, Electrical and elevator/escalator works.

CEC continues to consolidate its position as an important construction partner for the Taipei City Government for construction of the north-south section of the Taipei Metro Circular Line. This new contract will take CEC forecast backlog at the end of the year to record NT$130 bn equivalent to 6 years of current revenue.
