Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (September 11^th) reported August 2023 consolidated revenue of NT$2,594M. Consolidated revenue for January through August 2023 totaled NT$19,464M.

CHC’s consolidated revenue for January through August 2023 saw a decrease of 12.9% compared to the same period in 2022, mainly due to a reduced revenue from newly completed projects of Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation), which was partially offset by the double-digit revenue growth of Construction Engineering Business (Continental Engineering Corporation).

Real Estate Development Business has initiated handover process for the residential project Timeless and Modern Expression in Taipei City in August. Revenue and profit associated with this project are being recognized progressively, and the recognition is expected to complete by the end of 2023. The residential units of this project were completely sold out during pre-sale, with a total sales amount of NT$2,390M.
