Continental Holdings Corporation (CHC) today (August 10^th) reported July 2023 consolidated revenue of NT$2,101M. Consolidated revenue for January through July 2023 totaled NT$16,871M.

CHC’s consolidated revenue for January through July 2023 saw a decrease of 16.8% compared to the same period in 2022, mainly due to a higher revenue base from the peak handover period for Real Estate Development Business (Continental Development Corporation) last year.

Real Estate Development Business signed the Public-Led Urban Regeneration Project of Taipei Daan District Xuefu Section with National Housing and Urban Regeneration Center on July 12^th, which is the second public-led urban regeneration project Real Estate Development Business has participated in after the Project of Taipei City Xinyi District Children Welfare Center B1-2 and B3-2 Lot. The project is located at the intersection of Dunhua South Road and Heping East Road in Daan District, Taipei City, with a lot size of approximately 7,179 m². This project includes an office building with 21 floors above and three stories below ground and a residential building with 25 floors above and four stories below ground, and is expected to be completed in 2029. Real Estate Development Business is entitled to acquire part of the residential building and sublease the office building.
